Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-up and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Communicates tasks to team members when management is not present and reports disciplinary issues to management.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and oversees daily pricing, signage, and storefront presentation.
