Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Process product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Engage customers and patients, greet and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access as needed, and support stockroom processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory, pricing signage, and packaging/display revisions.
