Walgreens Co. is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to open and close the store in management's absence, handle cash, start systems, and prepare floors for the day. You will also process returns, refunds, and assist with deliveries via the back door.

You will model a distinctive customer experience, maintain accurate pricing, assist with inventory, and support store operations including vendor deliveries and basic bookkeeping tasks as required.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
• Opens/closes store in absence of management and handles related tasks.

Responsabilités

• Open and close store in absence of management, with cash handling and start-ups.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and pricing tasks per policy.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Ensure compliance with local laws on regulated products.
