Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store associate capable of opening and closing the store when management is not present, handling cash, and ensuring floor and stock room readiness. You will engage customers, assist with products and services, and maintain accurate pricing and displays.

You will also support backroom operations, vendor deliveries, cashiering, and basic bookkeeping while upholding Walgreens service standards to deliver a delightful customer experience.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store when management is absent, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room readiness.
• Process product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers, answer questions, and help with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, pricing, and store displays.
• Support backroom and vendor deliveries, cashiering, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
