Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store associate to open and close the store when management is not present, handle cash and basic register duties, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business. Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops; provides change at registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Models customer service best practices and supports team members in delivering great service.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports pricing, signage, and store displays.
• Assists with vendor deliveries and backroom operations as needed.
