Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate to support daily store operations, including opening and closing the store in the absence of management, handling required systems start-ups, and performing cash handling duties.

The role may involve opening the back door for deliveries and completing basic register transactions. You will engage customers with a friendly, proactive service approach, resolve questions, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Register and reconcile cash, process returns and refunds, and handle other cash-related duties.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assist with store operations including inventory counts, pricing changes, merchandising, and back-door deliveries.
