Walgreens is seeking a store operations professional to open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash processes, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for customers. You will help with returns, refunds, pricing changes, and basic merchandising.

The role emphasizes delivering a distinctive customer experience, assisting customers with products, services, and store policies while maintaining compliance and accurate records.

Qualificações

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
• We will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Responsabilidades

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required cash systems.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Ensures a distinctive and delightful customer experience and helps customers with products and services.
• Assist with inventory management, pricing, displays, and basic store upkeep according to policies.
