Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers and addressing needs.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations across the store.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules; assign duties and follow up for timely completion.
• Supervise activities across departments or perform work at all job levels as needed.
• Ensure customer service quality and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Train staff on store policies and procedures; provide ongoing education.
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend promotions or changes as needed.
• Enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment and accurate reporting.
• Handle cash registers and other transactions following company policy.
• Support cost-control efforts and merchandising initiatives.
