Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Two or more years of similar or related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers and making visits great.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations for a collaborative store culture.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules and assign duties to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Supervise activities across store areas or perform work at all job levels as needed.
• Train employees on store policies and procedures and ensure ongoing education.
