Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service with a smile and greet customers.
• Lead by example, maintain positive employee relations store-wide.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules; assign duties.
• Supervise activities across departments in the absence of the Department Manager.
• Train employees on store policies and procedures; provide ongoing education.
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend promotions, transfers, or dismissals.
• Enforce safety procedures and report injuries as needed.
• Handle cash registers and various transactions.
• Adhere to Hy-Vee policies and store guidelines.
