Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Lead by example, foster teamwork, and maintain positive employee relations across the store.
• Plan, schedule, and adjust work assignments; ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Supervise store activities in the Department Manager's absence and assist across departments.
• Address customer issues promptly and professionally to enhance satisfaction.
• Train staff on policies and procedures and provide ongoing education.
• Evaluate performance and support personnel decisions like promotions or transfers.
