Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two+ years of related retail or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers and ensuring a great visit.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations storewide.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules and assign duties.
• Supervise and coordinate activities across store areas when needed.
• Train staff on store policies and procedures and updated rules.
• Handle cash registers and customer transactions with accuracy.
• Adhere to Hy-Vee policies and report to work as scheduled.
