Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers and addressing needs.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations store-wide.
• Plan, prepare, and adjust work schedules; assign duties and monitor completion.
• Supervise and coordinate activities across departments in the Store Manager's absence.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Train employees on store policies, department procedures, and safety.
• Evaluate employee performance and recommend promotions, transfers, or disciplinary actions.
• Enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment; handle incident reporting.
