Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Two or more years of similar or related work experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service; greet customers with a smile.
• Lead by example and maintain positive employee relations store-wide.
• Plan and adjust work schedules; assign duties; ensure timely completion.
• Oversee departments in the Department Manager's absence; perform needed tasks.
• Train staff on store policies and procedures; ensure safety and compliance.
• Evaluate performance and support promotions, transfers, or dismissals.
