You will supervise, train, and coach team members, ensure regulatory compliance, and help build product knowledge and a high-performing team. The role emphasizes reliability, customer focus, and flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience; 1+ year in a supervisory role within retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Supervise and train team members; develop product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness; perform other duties as assigned.
