Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor in the United States to support store operations, lead a service-driven culture, and develop the team. The role focuses on delivering best-in-class service and a distinctive shopping experience for adult beverages and more.

As a Supervisor, you will train staff, resolve customer issues, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws while maintaining safety and cleanliness across the store. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ year of supervisory role within a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations and help build a sales and service culture.
• Lead service team, fostering a welcoming and knowledgeable store atmosphere.
• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations related to sale of alcohol and maintain safety.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
