Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, drive a service culture, and lead a team across front-end operations and merchandising. You will help deliver best-in-class service and a distinctive world of adult beverages for customers.

The role emphasizes coaching peers, maintaining safety, and ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Supervise and train team members to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol-sale laws and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
