Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and grow our brand in a fast-paced retail environment in Virginia. You will lead a service-driven team, coach staff, and ensure best-in-class customer experiences while adhering to alcohol sale laws and safety standards.

You’ll work with the management team to drive sales, train team members on product knowledge, and manage front-end operations and inventory with POS and software tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Able to work flexible evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and support their training, including ongoing development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales and deliver KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by modeling behavior and resolving issues.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol sale laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness; perform other duties as assigned.
