Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store management and help build a strong sales and service culture. You will lead a team, deliver best-in-class service, and ensure adherence to alcohol regulations while maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment.

You will report to store management, supervise staff, drive KPIs, and contribute to training and development. Evening and weekend flexibility is required for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
