Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture that delivers best-in-class service for our customers. You will supervise the service team, assist with merchandising, front-end operations, and training to elevate product knowledge and sales skills.

This role requires supervisory experience in retail, strong customer service, and the ability to manage flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• 1+ year of proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with the point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in growing the company brand and drive sales.
• Lead service team, merchandising and front-end operations.
• Develop training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure adherence to laws governing alcohol sales and maintain a safe store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
