Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager of Sales and Service to support the management team in delivering World-Class service and building customer relationships.

You will supervise store coverage, model excellent sales behavior, and coach associates to meet sales goals and maintain a premium customer experience. The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Leads the store team to create an exceptional experience for customers and exceed sales goals.
• Ensure the sales floor is adequately staffed and serve as a role model for sales associates.
• Coach staff on successes and challenges to reinforce customer service principles.
• Educate team on product and selling skills using Selling Essentials and training resources.
• Create a positive environment where associates are treated with dignity per the People-First Philosophy.
• Ensure timely resolution of client service issues including delivery/pick-up and reporting.
