Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager of Sales and Service to support the store management team in delivering world-class service and achieving sales goals.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, ensure appropriate staffing, coach associates, and uphold our People-First culture while driving a positive customer experience.

Full-time role requiring open weekend availability and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences across all channels.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail sales or customer service management experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Fully available for full-time hours; weekend availability required.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team to deliver world-class customer service and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain adequate staffing on the sales floor and model strong selling behavior.
• Coach staff on service principles and selling skills and growth opportunities.
• Educate team using Selling Essentials and training resources to improve selling skills.
• Foster a People-First environment with fair treatment for all associates.
• Resolve client service issues including delivery/pick-up using reporting systems.
