Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager of Sales and Service to support the store leadership in delivering World-Class service and achieving sales goals. You will be a role model for building relationships with customers and ensuring proper staff coverage on the sales floor.

You will coach staff to uphold customer service standards, educate the team on products and processes, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment aligned with our People-First philosophy.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Superior critical thinking skills to identify challenges and create action plans.
• Great time management and multitasking abilities.
• 2-3 years of retail sales or customer service leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet sales goals.
• Ensure adequate staffing on the sales floor and model strong sales and service behavior.
• Coach staff to reinforce customer service principles and improve selling skills.
• Use Selling Essentials and training materials to educate the team on products and goals.
• Promote a positive, fair workplace aligned with our People-First philosophy.
• Resolve client service issues including delivery/pick-up using reporting systems.
