Qualifikationen

• Great time management and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• 2-3 years of previous retail sales or customer-service management experience.

• Lead the store team to create an exceptional customer experience and exceed sales goals.
• Ensure the sales floor is adequately staffed while role-modeling for sales associates in sales and service.
• Coach staff on customer service principles and performance.
• Educate team on product and selling skills using Selling Essentials and training resources.
• Foster a positive environment with fair, respectful treatment of all associates.
• Resolve client service issues including delivery/pick-up and tracking through client information systems.
