Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager of Sales and Service to support the store leadership in delivering World-Class service and driving sales.

You will act as a role model on the sales floor, ensuring staff coverage across all areas while maintaining a strong focus on the customer experience. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and leadership, with 2-3 years of retail sales or customer service management experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate the team on products and brand training resources to achieve business goals.
• Create a positive environment where associates are treated with dignity in line with People-First philosophy.
• Resolve client service issues including delivery/pick-up through effective use of client information systems.
