Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and adhere to SOPs and Company programs ensuring legal and policy compliance.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintain floor leadership, and ensure service standards.
• Ensure proficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems during transactions and support.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and extensions like protection plans.
• Oversee Knit & Sew Shop operations and related events and programs.
