Job summary

• Lead store operations and front-end performance.

• Ensure SOPs, brand standards and service quality are consistently followed.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout and omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Manage store events and programs (Loyalty, Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop).
• Provide MOD coverage and drive sales through customer-focused coaching.
