Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a service-oriented Sales Manager to lead a team of Retail Advisors and shape the glasses-shopping experience. You’ll engage customers, help improve in-store processes, and contribute to special projects with our store leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a management position in retail or similar.
• Experience leading a customer-facing team in a complex retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to self-start and drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for our point-of-sale system.
• Oversee the store's inventory management procedures.
• Develop new processes to improve customer service and shopping experiences.
• Manage and implement daily zoning schedules.
• Open and close the store.
• Lead shift meetings, roundtables, and end-of-day briefings.
• Direct a team of 8–10 team members and model great service.
• Assist with biannual performance reviews with Store Leaders.
• Support new hire onboarding and ongoing training.
• Foster an inclusive, service-minded work culture.
