Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Drive sales results and customer experience through coaching.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership.
• Oversee POS/Self-Checkout operations.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and MCC/Extend services.
• Drive omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS/Same Day Delivery).
• Train and develop team in assigned departments.
