You will oversee POS, loyalty programs, and in-store initiatives with a focus on customer experience and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include MOD coverage, events, and omni-channel fulfillment, while maintaining brand standards, safety, and asset protection.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience coaching customer-focused selling behaviors.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Proven track record in driving sales and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and coach team to adhere to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure customer experience and service standards across the store.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Drive POS and Self-Checkout efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee store programs (Loyalty, MCC/Extend, events).
• Support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery processes and omni-channel service.
