• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee store events and programs such as in-store parties and loyalty enrollment.
• Drive sales and service excellence in omni-channel operations (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Train, coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
