The Michaels Companies is seeking a Sales Manager in a full-time store role to lead frontline teams and champion a high-performing selling culture. You will drive customer-focused coaching, execute brand standards, and oversee daily operations to deliver strong KPIs and an engaging in-store experience.

In this role you will manage MOD coverage, POS systems, and in-store programs while promoting loyalty and protection plans.

Aufgaben

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards and hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviours to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout systems and support smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs such as Balloons, Birthday parties and events.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program to drive customer retention and visits.
• Champion MCC/Extend services and ensure protection plans and offerings are adopted.
• Drive sales and operation excellence in knit & sew shop, including Cut Bar oversight.
• Ensure efficient BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution for omni-channel service.
• Support Custom Framing operations and coordination with frame shop in select stores.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
