Formación

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead front-end and service operations to ensure selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Coach and develop team members to meet KPIs and deliver customer satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain operational continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage for smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel service with timely order fulfillment (BOPIS/Delivery).
• Promote loyalty programs and upsell protection plans.
