The role requires at least 3+ years of retail leadership, strong communication, and a focus on achieving sales and service KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Strong customer-focused coaching and KPI drive.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviours, driving conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintaining floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems, supporting transactions and customer support.
• Oversee in-store programs and events like Balloons, birthday parties, and the Knit & Sew Shop activities.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program, driving retention and repeat visits.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in in-store areas including customization services and delivery options.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building across assigned departments.
• Partner in maintaining Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
