Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards; hold team accountable.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout system usage for smooth transactions.
• Oversee events and programs like balloons, parties, and loyalty enrollment.
• Drive protection plans and Extend services awareness.
• Lead Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experience oversight.
• Ensure effective BOPIS and Same Day Delivery operations.
• Support Custom Framing consultations and frame shop coordination.
• Train and develop team members; onboard new staff.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
