• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations to support smooth transactions.
• Promote and enroll customers in Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in designated departments and programs.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner in Asset Protection to reduce shrink and maintain safe operations.
