You will oversee front-end operations, loyalty enrollment, and omni-channel services, ensuring compliant execution of SOPs and company programs while delivering exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Familiarity with store POS and Self-Checkout operations.
• Strong focus on customer experience and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and Company programs.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
