• Oversee front-end and service operations, ensuring brand standards and SOP compliance.
• Coach and develop store team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store operations and service levels.
• Promote loyalty programs and Protect MCC/Extend services for customers.
• Drive omni-channel execution, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, and support framing/knit & sew areas.
