Michaels is seeking a store leader for Lansing-Delta Township, MI. You will assist in leading store operations, coaching a team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining SOPs and company standards across all departments.

You will cover MOD shifts, oversee POS systems, and drive omni-channel services, including BOPIS and same-day delivery, while promoting loyalty programs and protecting assets.

Formación

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsabilidades

• Lead adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with policies and store requirements.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards across operations.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage to support smooth transactions and customer support.
• Oversee store events and programs like Balloons, birthday parties and loyalty enrollment.
• Drive omni-channel service with BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
