Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for the DFW-FT WORTH/HULEN, TX store to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive sales results, and deliver an engaging customer experience. You will oversee front-end and service operations, ensuring consistent execution of selling behaviors and brand standards.

Responsibilities include coaching the team, providing MOD coverage, managing POS and Self-Checkout, driving omni-channel services, and promoting the Loyalty Rewards Program.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Ability to move throughout the store and assist customers.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach store team to follow SOPs and company programs.
• Drive selling culture, customer experience, and KPI achievement.
• Oversee front-end and service operations, including POS accuracy.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and protection plan offerings.
• Drive omni-channel services and Bowl/novelties programs as applicable.
