Job summary

You will oversee front-end operations, customer experience, and daily execution to meet KPIs. Responsibilities include MOD coverage, driving omni-channel service, and promoting the Loyalty Rewards Program, while maintaining SOPs and asset protection practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations and omni-channel service
• Promote loyalty program enrollment to drive retention and visits
• Train, coach and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building
