• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Experience with POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of company policies and standards and accountability for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, ensuring floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Oversee events and in-store programs (balloons, parties, loyalty enrollment) and drive customer engagement.
• Promote and enroll customers in protection plans and extended services.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in the Knit & Sew Shop and other departments.
• Support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery processes to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
