Responsibilities include managing POS and Self-Checkout, driving loyalty programs, and supporting omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery. Regular training and asset protection duties are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations while driving KPIs.
• Experience coaching teams to deliver strong customer experiences.
• Familiarity with POS and self-checkout systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs.
• Model customer experience and ART of Selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee events and programs like Balloons, loyalty, and protection plans.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
• Maintain Asset Protection and shrink-reduction practices.
