The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager for the ST.L-FENTON, MO store to lead front-end and service operations, coach teams, and drive strong sales and customer experience.

This role requires ownership of SOPs, brand standards, and daily execution to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence. Responsibilities include MOD coverage, loyalty program promotion, and oversight of the Knit & Sew Shop, Balloons, and Same Day Delivery programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach front-end and service operations to drive sales and customer experience.
• Ensure SOPs, brand standards and company policies are followed.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Promote loyalty program and MCC/Extend services.
• Oversee events and specialized shop areas (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop).
