You will champion the brand standards, improve the customer experience, and ensure daily execution of selling behaviors across departments. Responsibilities include SOP adherence, MOD coverage, and effective use of POS/Self-Checkout, with focus on loyalty programs, protection plans, and curbside/ delivery services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Proven coaching and development of store teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations and omni-channel service.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and MCC/Extend protections.
• Drive sales and operations in Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar.
• Support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
• Assist Custom Framing operations and frame shop coordination.
