Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Able to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and SOP adherence to ensure company standards and legal compliance.
• Drive selling culture and customer experience through coaching and performance management.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout for smooth transactions and support.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, loyalty, protection plans) and omni-channel fulfillment (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Oversee Knit & Sew Shop operations, including Cut Bar experience and Custom Framing coordination.
• Train, coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Support asset protection practices to reduce shrink and maintain safety.
