Job summary

You will coach teams, ensure SOP compliance, manage MOD coverage, promote loyalty programs, and oversee in-store programs such as Balloons, Knit & Sew, and omni-channel services like BOPIS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Wamiliarity with POS and self-checkout systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model SOP adherence and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and drive customer satisfaction.
• Oversee loyalty programs and in-store events.
• Drive omni-channel service (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Coach and develop store team through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Support in-store programs (Balloons, Knit & Sew, framing when applicable).
