Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.
• Experience using POS and Self-Checkout systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOP adherence and company programs.
• Ensure policies and standards are followed and team accountable.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs like balloons and events.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards for retention and visits.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support Custom Framing operations and frame shop coordination.
• Train and develop team through onboarding and coaching.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices.
