Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years experience.
• 1-3 years of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience).

• Collaborates with the Store Manager to develop and execute annual growth plans and staffing strategies.
• Directly manages a team and coaches leadership to foster a high-performing, inclusive environment.
• Upholds merchandising standards and executes floor sets, signage, and product presentation.
• Leads training initiatives and develops team plans with coaching and stretch assignments.
• Oversees payroll and scheduling to align with budgets and traffic trends.
• Hires and builds teams with effective interviewing and hiring practices.
• Ensures safety, policies, and customer service expectations are met.
