Job summary

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to forecast business plans, manage payroll and scheduling, and hire Captain level staff. A strong customer focus and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1-3 years experience in retail or management roles preferred.
• Experience leading teams and delivering strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Store Manager to contribute to developing and executing full-year business growth plans, including forecasting and planning 90+ days out.
• Directly manages a team of Captains (Supervisors) and indirectly manages broader store team through influence, coaching, and development.
• Upholds company merchandising and presentation standards and ensures execution of floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Leads training initiatives and coaching to ensure staff deliver elevated athlete experiences.
• Partners with Store Manager on staffing plans and oversees payroll and scheduling to align with budget goals.
• Hires and builds strong teams by sourcing, interviewing, and making hiring decisions for Captain (Supervisor) and hourly staff.
• Ensures store safety, policy compliance and customer service excellence.
